Hi, I'm Johannes Gabriel!

I'm a PhD student in NLPnorth Lab at the IT University of Copenhagen under the supervision of Anna Rogers. I work on Data Attribution for Large Language Models — identifying which training data is responsible for a model's outputs — with a focus on gradient-based methods like Influence Functions, addressing both their theoretical foundations and practical applications in NLP.

Additionally, since 2016, I'm an editor for MTB-News.de — the largest German-language mountain biking platform — where I cover news, events, and innovations in the MTB world.
